Specialised chemistry for the hydrocarbon industry

Oren was incorporated in 2001 to supply high-quality specialised chemicals, including mud chemicals used in oil exploration and production chemicals used in oil production.

We manufacture barite, bentonite, calcium carbonate, PAC, CMC, pre-gel starch, resinated lignite and silicate, alongside a complete range of specialty water- and oil-based chemicals: emulsifiers, wetting agents, lubricants, biocides, corrosion and scale inhibitors, H₂S and oxygen scavengers, defoamers and more.

We don't only deliver products to location. We plan how they will perform in the field, to optimise drilling performance and reduce fluid-related risk, and we build customised blends for each client's application.

Port-side storage, fast dispatch

With around 250,000 sq ft of covered storage and direct access to Jebel Ali and Ras Al Khaimah ports, Oren ships by sea, road and air to operators across the region. Stock points in the UAE, Egypt and Iraq keep critical products close to the rig.
